IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This event is not suitable for those with the following conditions:

Asthma, Epilepsy or Claustrophobia

Any heart, neck or back conditions

Those of a nervous disposition

Those with a pacemaker

Those that are pregnant

This is due to but not limited to strobe lighting, tight spaces, sudden shocks and unpredictability of others guests within the attractions.

Any verbal or physical abuse towards our actors and staff will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate expulsion from the site for the person(s) concerned. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

By passing the entrance points to each attraction you agree to follow the rules stipulated. Breaking these entry conditions could result in removal from the event without refund.

WHAT ARE THE EVENT AND ATTRACTION OPENING TIMES?

Please see our opening calendar here. You can book various entry time slots from 6:30pm but can stay up until 11pm when the site closes.

ACCESSIBILITY AT TERROR MOUNTAIN

Terror Mountain is set in rugged landscape with steep slopes, uneven pathways and steps.

Due to the nature of our site, we regret that it is not suitable for wheelchair access. There are no disabled toilet facilities.

Contact us before purchasing tickets if you are unsure about the suitability of a visit.

WILL ACTORS TOUCH ME?

The actors inside the attractions may touch you, but at the same time you are not permitted to touch them. For your safety, guidelines are clearly signposted at the entrance to each attraction stating the entry requirements. By entering the queue line you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Failure to adhere to them will result in removal from the event. Our acting team are trained professionals and their safety is of paramount important to us and we ask that you treat them with respect.

CAN I DRESS UP AT THE EVENT?

We can’t promise one of our monsters won’t mistake you for their own! While fancy dress is encouraged, full or half face masks, offensive costumes or costume props will not be allowed into the event. In order to enter the attractions: all hoods must be removed for the safety of the actors.

PROHIBITED ITEMS INSIDE ATTRACTIONS

Torches or mobile phones, used as torches,  within the mazes will be removed and returned at the end. Failure to adhere to these rules will spoil the experience for everyone involved and could result in your removal from the event site. 

CAN I SMOKE/VAPE?

Please do not smoke or vape inside the attractions or in the queue lines. There are designated sites around the site for smoking/vaping.

WILL I GET WET AT TERROR MOUNTAIN?

Due to the nature of the event being outside, it is advised to bring suitable clothing and footwear. There are several undercover areas, however some of the attractions have outdoor sections that are open to the elements.  The ground can get very wet so leave high heels at home!

WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE AT TERROR MOUNTAIN?

We have a BBQ serving up a delightful array of food, and our Café is also open serving hot drinks and snacks.

ARE YOU SERVING ALCHOL AT TERROR MOUNTAIN?

Yes, we will have a bar on-site at Terror Mountain serving a range of alcoholic beverages. You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol and we will be running the Challenge 25 scheme. It is strictly prohibited to bring your own alcohol into the event, and anyone found doing so will be escorted out of the event with no refunds. 

Drink sensibly, we reserve the right to refuse entry to to the event or remove anyone from a scare maze and/or event if we deem then at risk of endangering themselves or others.

Guests disrupting the experience, touching the scenery or demonstrating inappropriate behavior may be escorted from the event area. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO DO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS?

Plan your time with us wisely. The attractions can be done in any order so if there is a large queue for one attraction you could visit another one first.  We cannot guarantee that you will be able to do all the attractions but we endeavour to keep queues moving as quickly as possible. 

WHAT SPECIAL EFFECTS DO YOU USE?

The attractions all feature the use of flashing lights, strobe lighting, smoke effects, smells, and loud sounds. You may also experience elements of complete darkness and tight spaces within the attractions.
